Certain states and other governing agencies may provide for rights not explicitly
stated herein. It is our intent to honor those rights, but perhaps more importantly,
it is our intent to assure that both we and our customers have reasonable
expectations of satisfaction. To that end, all work except
commissioned art is sold subject to the following warranty:

All goods may be returned for refund within ten days with proof of purchase.
Shipping and handling not included. Returned goods must be in undamaged condition
and if shipped, returned insured for their value in original packing.

All goods may be returned for store credit within thirty days with proof of
purchase. Shipping and handling not included. Returned goods must be in undamaged
condition and if shipped, returned insured for their value in original packing.

All art represented as original work has in fact been represented to us as original
work by the artist.

All cards or prints sold are in fact reproductions of original work as represented
to us by the artist.

Delivery is guaranteed. In the event of apparent non-delivery and contingent upon
proof of purchase, we will at our option either ship a replacement order or refund
the full cost of the order.

Delivery in good condition is guaranteed. In the event of the receipt of damaged
goods and contingent upon proof of purchase, we will at our option either ship a
replacement order or refund the full cost of the order. We may request that the
damaged goods be returned to us, in which case we will pay the shipping costs. Note
that this is the only instance where we pay shipping costs.

Our liability shall in no event exceed the cost of goods sold.
