Customers occasionally ask if their privacy is assured when they purchase an item through our Shopping Cart or when they sign the Guest on the web. The short answer is "Yes!".

At Vertu Arts we respect you as a human being as well as a customer, which mandates that we guard your privacy as we guard our own. We want your shopping experience with us to be enjoyable and satisfying -- we want you to be more than just "satisfied". We hope that you will recommend us to your family and friends so that they may enjoy employing our gift ideas and our shopping cart.

Except as stated in this Privacy Statement, we will not provide any of your personal information to other companies, individuals or agencies without your permission; there may be circumstances where you will be asked for such permission so we can over you special sales incentives. You may elect to not participate in these incentive programs. If so, then your personal information is not released. We do not sell, rent or give away your name, email address, or any other information about you. We may, however, be obligated to release information in response to court orders or lawful requests from governmental authorities.

We would like to use your address or email to inform you of special events you might otherwise be unaware of, but will take you off our mailing list completely if you so request.

Our Shopping Cart collects information when you visit our store and during the purchase process. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not used for marketing purposes. Shopper preferences may include the URL indicating where you came from when you entered the site, information regarding the products you purchased and which pages you viewed once you entered the site.
